Oh joy. Finally. A new pattern out there! This is my crochet pattern. I designed this before I left for LA last month, and I just got it out. (I’ve been weighed down, can’t you tell?) I love this scarf though. It’s very pretty and wearable. The yarn, however, not so fun to work with. It was a knot-nightmare at times, and other times it was fine. I wouldn’t go out of my way to design with it again. As always, I recommend substitute yarns in the pattern. I’d try one of those next time (if I was making another).
I’m looking forward to pumping out another quick pattern. Probably a handbag idea I had.
Oh, and the pattern that didn’t make it into the LA shoot on the last day? I submitted it to Annie’s Favorite Crochet. Again, not saying what it is, but I hope it gets a “home.” It’s not a pattern I’d post on . If it doesn’t go, I’ll try one more venue, and then I’ll offer it as a freebie somewhere.
