Wouldn’t that be awesome? A site called, “Crocehtbook” for all the crocheters out there. Guess that’s like Rav in some ways, huh?
Anyways, have I mentioned my Facebook fan page here? I don’t think I have. I’ve had one for awhile now, I just haven’t used it until recently. ! My plan is to use my page for pattern updates, errata, site improvements, yada yada. It’s a great social media tool. So join me over there if you’re always on Facebook and want to get updates about NexStitch stuff.
I am a Chick with Sticks with 25+ years under my belt, but I just recently started crochet lessons. Literally and figuratively, I’m hooked. Today, I wrote up my first pattern (Tada!) and, when I get home from work tomorrow morning, I’m going to whip it out. Very simple, very basic, but it’s mine. And, like the saying goes, you never forget your first. I was looking for crochet symbols and, what luck, I stumbled onto your blog. I think it will be very helpful, especially your tutorial for symbols. I have never been able to follow knitting charts, as they seriously make my eyes cross. I’m determined not to let that happen with crochet, and once I review your tutorial, I’ll add a chart to my pattern. That calls for another Tada!
