Front Cross Stitch ("fcr")

Description: Cross stitches can be made a few different ways. One method is to skip a stitch, double crochet, then work another double crochet in the previous skipped stitch. A front cross stitch is formed when the hook is inserted from front to back in the skipped stitch, making the second double crochet a raised stitch.
