What's New Free Crochet Patterns |
I am unable to download the pattern (file)...can you help?
Yes. In this case, you would need to update your free Adobe Acrobat software. Most NexStitch patterns will open up in version 7.0. Your version might be 6.0 or lower, so it won't open. Go to Adobe's site to download the latest version. Once downloaded, install the new version of Acrobat on your computer by double-clicking it. The software will guide you through the installation. Lastly, re-open the file with the new version.
I am getting an error message that says, "the viewer cannot decrypt this message."
You need to update your Adobe Acrobat software to the latest version.
I paid with an eCheck. Why didn't I get my pattern already?
EChecks work just like regular checks. They need to clear first before the link to the pattern can be sent. Paying with credit card funds from PayPal is the only way to receive a pattern instantly.
Can I use a NexStitch™ pattern to make items for my church group, craft sale, or personal sales?
NexStitch™ patterns are protected under a strict copyright which prohibits buyers from selling items made from NexStitch™ products. For further information, please see our copyright page.
How do I get my pattern?
After clicking the "BUY NOW" button, you will be redirected to the download page on Ravelry's website. Additionally, you will receive two emails. The first email will be from PayPal and will contain a receipt for your purchase. The second email will come from Ravelry and will contain a link to the file you purchased. Both emails will be delivered to the email address you have stated in your PayPal account. If you are utilizing a spam filter, please look to see if the email has made its way there instead of your inbox.
What is the difference between paying with an eCheck and a credit card using PayPal's service?
Payments made via PayPal using a credit card are equivalent to paying instantly. Your email with the pattern will arrive instantly. EChecks work the same way as regular checks. Allow 4 business days for it to clear. Once cleared, your pattern will be sent automatically through Ravelry for download of your item.
What file format does the pattern come in?
All patterns are in PDF format which can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
I was trying to download my pattern and something went wrong on the download page and now I can't get back on. How do I get my pattern?
Check your inbox to see if the email from Ravelry has arrived, the one that contains the link to the file. You should receive this email within seconds of purchasing. Before contacting us, please pursue these avenues first:
1) Make sure you are using the email address listed in your PayPal account. 2) Free email account services have a storage limit. If you have exceeded the limit, all other incoming emails, such as the automated email for your pattern, will not be delivered. If you find this to be the error, please contact me at . It may take up to 24 hours for a response. 3) Sometimes there are unforeseen difficulties in communicating between various Internet Service Providers (ISP's) which will delay the transaction. To speed up the process, include a complete copy of every PayPal receipt for every item purchased. |
